And the Winner is.........Denver Nuggets..errrrr....Lakers/Staples

No i'm not talking about who I think will win the Lakers-Nuggets series. This is way more exciting than that, ok not really. About a week ago if you went onto the Pepsi Center website to see scheduled events for Monday May 25th, you would have seen Game 4 of Western Conference NBA Finals, and WWE Monday night Raw. Interesting, are the Lakers playing the Nuggets in a steel cage match? Is Kobe going to hit Carmelo Anthony with a fade-away steel chair? How does an arena hold 2 events on the same night, both have TV contracts? Sounds to me that Vince McMahon was right when he said that the owner of the Nuggets isn't a very good owner. To have the arena he owns as well, to schedule an event when his team could possibly be playing, he must of thought his team wasn't good enough. So apparently since the Nuggets are good enough as they have shown in this years 2009 NBA playoffs, they will be playing game 4 at the Pepsi Center in Denver, and the WWE will be at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. So really the true winner is the Lakers/Staples Center, they are going to make bank off of an event that Denver screwed up by double booking. Staples Center just went from making $0 to a whole lot of dollars come Monday night. I just hope the WWE fans in Denver are not expected to drive to Los Angeles to watch fake wrestling. Because the only thing that is sadder than that is me actually writing about the WWE.
